Assuming that i would be willing to give it back to them i guarantee it would be packed in a box filled with horse/cow crap. Several years back i bought a few gun parts kits to build into new semi automatic guns but after i bought them the atf decided they were imported wrong and that everyone had to turn them into the govt or else face prosecution for having a illegal machine gun(they had a list of buyers). The only problem was that i paid $150 for each one and the feds were NOT giving refunds so i was out about $300. Anyways i got a bunch of grease and sawdust and totally submerged these parts in the stuff knowing those idiots would have to clean it all off in order to cut the parts up,it atleast put a smile on my face:briggs:

I would head straight for the nearest truck stop, hide the device under the first muslim over the road driver's truck I could find, and then sell the car to a mexican that didn't have any I.D's for a few bucks, go home kick back and have a good laugh about the whole ordeal...
