Well Brethren, I think it might be time for another bit of Kluddish insight on a certain subject, that most people don't talk too much about. We've all heard the expression, "Just mindin' my own", when asked " Hey! Whatcha doin?" Most people don't like it, when someone asks too many questions, or starts getting too personal. We've all heard the phrase, "That guy needs to mind his own business", etc. Well, many times this is true, but the Bible tells us that we need to judge righteously. "WOOOAAA preacher! Remember what the Bible says, "Judge not! Judge not!" Let's take a closer look at this.... Matthew 7:1- " Judge not that ye be not judged." O.K., this is what they're referring to when they say this, but they take the scripture out of context. If you take a scripture out of context, you can make it mean anything, and back up practically anything you want to believe in! Taking a scripture out of context, is when you take what it SEEMS to mean, and apply it to any situation you want, to successfully make your point. An example, is if I told you that everyone goes to Heaven and no one goes to Hell, when they die! I can back it up using John 3:16...." For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten son, that whosoever believeth in him, should not perish, but have everlasting life." You see? God loved the world so much, He sent his own son to die for us! So, nobody's going to Hell! He loves us too much! What have I done? I've done several things: 1. I stated some truth, God did send his son to die for us. 2. I've ignored a ton of scripture that plainly shows what God will do to people who don't obey Him! 3. I've appealed to people on a "Feel good " basis. After all, doesn't it sound good? ...God loves EVERYONE too much to send ANYONE to Hell! We should all know from some of my previous articles, that God doesn't love everybody! Some people are made to destroy and BE destroyed! ( Jude 4, Proverbs 16:4, Romans 9:22, I Peter 2:8, II Peter 2:12 ) O.K., now back to the lesson....
Proverbs 21:3- "To do justice and judgment is more acceptable to the Lord than sacrifice." You see? SOME judgment is called for! It's RIGHTEOUS judgment! When we see someone doing wrong or being unklanish, we should correct them. This is NOT being nosey or a busy body! This is practicing RIGHTEOUS judgment! If I see Brother Joel, ( I'll pick on him this time, 'cause I got a feeling Brother Cole is gonna wear me out at the next rally for using him as an example all the time! :D) , with a new car at the next rally, and I ask him what happened to his other car and tell him he really should've kept that car, it was a good one and the car he has now, isn't really that great, etc. etc. ....THAT'S NONE OF MY BUSINESS!!! This IS being nosey! You see? One instance, where a Brother isn't being Klanish, and I correct him, is constructive, another is sticking my nose where it doesn't belong! I've failed to use the proper....what...??? JUDGMENT! Nobody likes a busy body or a nosey person, but then sometimes, this is simply the right thing to do! Many times, however, we might accuse someone of being nosey or a busy body, when they're making a judgment call....a RIGHTEOUS judgment call, by what they're saying, doing etc. We get offended when we are in the wrong and someone points it out to us, and we tell them that they need to mind their own business. We are commanded to tell our Brethren when they are in the wrong, and then, if they continue, the fault lies solely with them. Their blood is on their own heads ( Acts 18:6). This is not being nosey! There are two categories of sin that all the rest fall into: sins of commission and sins of omission! Sins of commission, are when I've done something, said something, thought something, wrong. Sins of omission, are when I've failed to do something that I should have done. e.g. I didn't go to church, because the ball game went in to overtime, etc.
James 4:17- " Therefore, to him that knoweth to do good, and doeth it not, to him it is sin." You mean I can sin and be held responsible by God for things I DON'T do????? YEP!!!
The inability, or just plain lackadaisical attitude ( showing lack of interest, spirit, unconcern, etc.) of people, concerning the direction this country is headed and all the crime, sin, interracial evil etc. is a perfect example of sins of OMISSION! ( It doesn't concern me, until it concerns me!...ever hear that one?) This is one of the reasons we're in the shape we're in today! " Leave 'em alone! They're not bothering anybody!" " They're just trying to make a better life for themselves" ( concerning the immigration invasion), etc. etc. This is because most people are either too lazy to care or too cowardly to take a stand! Either way, it's a sinful attitude! A sin of omission! We need to keep in mind, Brethren, the right way and the wrong way to show or express our concern about the things we see going on around us. If we judge properly, then we neither sin, nor do we incur ( to bring upon oneself) God's wrath! If we fail to judge when we should, or judge improperly, then we sin and God will hold us accountable! " Mindin' my own", however, is for the most part, how we got into the situations we are in now, with all the interracial stuff being tolerated, abortions, etc., and all the other sins, crimes, etc. It's good to " mind our own" sometimes, but at other times, it's just used as an excuse when we just don't feel like doing anything about it, or we are afraid of what the outcome of our actions, words etc., will be. These are examples of laziness and fear...not characteristics of Christian soldiers! In closing, let me remind you of a story, found in scripture, of someone who didn't mind his own business!
Luke 10:25-37- This tells the story of the Good Samaritan. The story goes, that a man was traveling and some thieves jumped him and beat him and took his money and threw him in a ditch and left him for dead. A priest came by and saw him and passed by on the other side. Then a Levite ( these were people God picked to wait on the tables, offer sacrifices, etc. during ceremonies in the Old Testament) came by and looked the other way and passed on! Then a Samaritan saw him and helped him and took him to an inn and gave the inn keeper money and told him to care for him and if it cost anymore than what he had already paid, he would pay the rest on his way back! This was an example of two men of God, who "Minded their own", and looked the other way ( The way "good Christian" people do today, when they see interracial stuff, abortion, etc. in our society!). The third guy was a Samaritan...a half breed! He stuck his nose into someone else's business! If you had been that traveler, wouldn't you be glad he did?? This also shows us, that just because we're God's people, and just because we're white, doesn't make us automatically in the right! These first two, would have a hard time on Judgment Day, over this! The half breed, wouldn't! I think the writing is on the wall, as far as the moral of this story goes! It's blatantly obvious!! The message is clear! The lesson brethren, is now yours! God Bless!
